The self contained accomodation, for two (or three by request) people,  is accessed by its own external door, by a flight of stairs. A large double bedroom with Sofa and an ensuite shower room.  Facilities provided include a television, fridge, kettle, toaster and crockery.  A continental breakfast (cereals, croissant, toast, orange juice, Yoghourt and Tea/ Coffee) is provided. An alternative gluten free breakfast can be provided, on request in advance, for coeliacs.  There are many pubs, cafes, hotels, restaurants, takeaways in the area for meals.

 (Note:  A Single Bed can be added on request for a third adult/ child at an additional cost per night of £20)

Well behaved dogs are welcome, without charge.  Dogs must be kept on a lead within the grounds but there is a quiet road outside Boundary House where dogs can be exercised.
